About the event
We invite you to this Infinite Play Day Retreat in the heart of Harlem! We are opening our garden apartment, based just two blocks south of the 2/3 train at 125th St. for this event. Our home will be the gathering location for meals, rest, and socializing. Marcus Garvey Park and Morningside Park will be the locations for all sessions. The day's events will include witnessing the the sunrise in silence, morning forms, two Infnite Play sessions, meals, and a backyard fire and closing cirlce.
No background in fitness or movement required, everyone and all levels are welcome. Please note that there will be hands-on partnering activities. You are highly encouraged to create and express your boundaries.
